James gave us an incredibly detailed assessment of the entire home and the extra services we selected were so thoroughly done it allowed us to make a clear decision on whether to move ahead or not. In this case we did not, but we have no regrets either. The inspection shone so much light on so many issues that it was impossible to move forward even though we were prepared to do some work this was far too out of reach and this inspection saved us from making an extremely risky purchase. We will be in touch again soon for another inspection. Also, the turnaround time was the same day which was so helpful because we were on a tight closing schedule
